Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping to the European Union We ship to all EU countries. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services. During peak periods (sales, holidays), delivery may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where applicable).

Customs and Duties As Bmind is based in Portugal, all shipments within the EU are not subject to customs duties.
